着一件浅水蓝的裙，长发垂肩，用一根水蓝的绸束好，玉簪轻挽，簪尖垂细如
水珠的小链，微一晃动就如雨意缥缈，上好的丝绸料子随行动微动，宛如淡梅初
绽，未见奢华却见恬静。眉清目秀，清丽胜仙，有一份天然去雕饰的自然清新，尤
其是眉间唇畔的气韵，雅致温婉，观之亲切，表情温暖中却透着几分淡淡的漠然。
白衬衣，蓝墨水
“家里有蓝墨水吗？”母亲在厨房搓洗衣服。
“好多年不用墨水了，您拿来做什么？”
“我想把这白衬衣漂一下。”
我到厨房，只见母亲正在搓洗一件白衬衣，衣服的领子和袖口处磨出了一层
细细的布茸，色却是不染纤尘的白。
是的，母亲一直有这个习惯，蓝墨水洗白衬衣。
“将白衬衣洗净后，放在清水里，滴几滴蓝墨水漂一下，衬衣格外白。以前你
外婆洗衬衣就是这样的，她老人家讲究着呢。”母亲絮絮叨叨，她说不清楚缘由，只
是沿袭一种习惯。
白衬衣在蓝墨水里真的会变白吗？是化学原理还是美学原理，我不明白，只
知道母亲的白衬衣是一定要用蓝，墨水浸的。白色和蓝色天生就是两种相互成全
的颜色，白色让蓝色更纯粹，蓝色让白色更鲜亮。像红与黑，阴和阳，山和水，天和
地，男和女，世间有很多东西，都要讲匹配与协调，它们是共生的，需是另一半成全
其完美。在母亲的概念里，白色的另一半就是蓝色，白衬衣的另一半就是蓝墨水。
或许，那白的极致根本就是蓝，母亲用这种方式让白返了祖。
现在，我也爱穿白衬衣，只是从来没用蓝墨水漂洗过，衬衣在太阳的暴晒下，

Wax printing is an ancient way of producing dyed textiles.It is an important part
of traditional Chinese culture.
It is believed that wax printing appeared in China as early as the Qin and Han
Dynasties and got popular in the Sui and Tang Dynasties.There is an interesting story
about wax printing.Once upon a time,a girl was fond of dyeing white cloth blue and
purple.One day,while she was working,a bee landed on her cloth.She got the bee
away and found there was bees wax on the cloth.After she dyed the cloth,she saw a
round white mark on the cloth.It looked very pretty.Her discovery later led to the use
of wax in dyeing.
Wax printing has many steps.First,draw some pictures of flowers,birds,fish,
insects,etc.on a piece of white cloth.Then use a special knife-like tool to spread
melted wax on the pictures.After that,put the cloth into a dye bath so that the
unwaxed parts take on the color.Finally,wash the dyed cloth in boiling water and wait
for the wax to melt,leaving clear pictures in white on the dyed cloth.
Today,wax printing is mainly used in some ethnic minority areas in Guizhou,
Yunnan,Sichuan and Guangxi.Some girls in those areas are highly skilled at wax
printing.
