把时间牢牢掌控，时间会任由你发挥，但掌握时间并不代表浪费时间，只有珍惜时
间，我们才会有把握时间的权利，才能有把握人生的机会。
6个时间管理小技巧
1.巧用空闲
空闲的时间，可以做很多事。比如，在排队时做做舒展运动，在等车时安排接
下来几个小时的学习。生活中，那些零散的时间看似微不足道，但若能充分利用
起来，就能完成更多事情。巧用空闲的人可以无形中比别人多出很多时间。等
待的过程可以是百无聊赖、无所事事，也可以是养精蓄锐、未雨绸缪。
2.确定先后
做任何事，都要学会有的放失。设立自己的行动清单，确定完成任务的先后
顺序，才更容易达成目标。列出待办事项清单，最好是按照轻重缓急排出优先级。
大到一年的总体规划，小到一天的合理安排。舒展从容的生活，离不开高效有序
的规划。凡事早谋划早打算，区分轻重缓急，才能有条不紊地前进。
3.屏蔽干扰
人生是自己的，虽然我们需要他人的认可，但他人的评价只是作为参考。过
