关于英国的天气，坊间流传着这样一则笑话：
著名剧作家萧伯纳一天下午在街上散步，迎面走来一位老先生，对他说：

最近的一项调查显示，94%的英国人承认自己在过去的6个小时里谈论过天
气，38%的人表示他们在过去的60分钟里谈论过天气。

(一)地理原因

在谈论天气有关的话题时，也会遵循一些不成文的规则。首先，话题总是以问句
的形式出现，即使是在语调上（例如“又下雨了？”）。其次，回答问题的人必须同
意。不同意是相当严重的失礼行为。如果有人说：“很冷，不是吗？”而你说：“并没
