【单元教材分析】
本单元的核心项目是“喜欢和不喜欢(like and dislike)”。围绕着这一中心项目,课文中设计了各种食物及水果的插图和不同形式的表格,让学生进行听、说、读、写等各种学习活动。使学生学会询问对方与了解别人喜欢与不喜欢的食物,学业会谈论自己与他人早、中、晚餐喜爱吃的食物,为其今后能在交际中恰当地表达自己的情感、灵活运用已经学过的常用功能项目、进一步学习并掌握新的语言功能奠定了坚实的基础。
Section A部分:通过对日常食物的了解,让学生能够简单的谈论对食物的喜好,并正确使用可数名词与不可数名词,在语篇中体会like的用法。学生应该重点掌握并且能够正确运用like的语句结构来描述同学喜欢和不喜欢的东西;学习一般现在时各个人称的肯定句、否定句以及一般疑问句。并且学习可数名词和不可数名词的概念,并让他们尝试进一步总结规律和使用方法。 “谈论饮食喜好”的话题更贴近生活,容易激发学生学习兴趣,是他们乐于参与相关的英语实践活动。
Section B部分:在Section A的话题基础上延伸和拓展:在语言上,要进一步巩固Section A所学的重点语言内容外,还学习了巩固了第三人称单数的一般现在时的用法;在语言能力和学习能力方面,由听、说转到综合性的听、读、写的训练;在思维品质层面,引导学生利用上下文线索进行推导判断、确认语句的位置、解读词语含义;在情感态度价值观和文化意识层面,可以让学生谈论自己与他人早、中、晚餐喜欢吃的食物,引导他们养成良好的饮食习惯,树立饮食健康的概念。
【单元整体目标】
1. 学生能够掌握食物的说法,并且能区分可数和不可数名词,并能够正确运用like的句型,并掌握第三人称单数的一般现在时的用法,能够谈论自己的饮食习惯。

一、可数名词和不可数名词
名词按其所表示的事物的性质可分为可数名词和不可数名词。凡是可以计算事物数目的名词,叫可数名词。可数名词有单数和复数两种形式,单数名词变复数名词时,有一定的规律可循(见下表),但也有一些不规则变化,需要逐一记忆。凡是不能直接用数计算,而需要用量计算的名词,多为不可数名词,不可数名词没有复数形式。
