Today，I’d like to introduce stinky toufu，my favorite，to you.As its name suggests，it smells bad but tastes delicious.It is made of bean curd or toufu in Chinese.After being deeply fried in oil，it has a crispy coat outside.But inside，it is tender and soft.The moment you take the first bite with some sauce，you will be amazed at its juicy and crispy flavor.
Stinky toufu is a reminder of my childhood.Whenever I went shopping with Mom on holidays，she would buy us some stinky toufu as a snack，which we shared with a mouthful of joy.It is one of the best parts in my memory，and I will never forget the happy and warm time.
