教材分析
本节课是本单元的第3课时。教学内容主要是学-wh这个字母组合发音的两种规律，学习字母组合在单词中的拼读方法，进而掌握字母组合在句子中和阅读中拼读的方法。
教学目标
（一）语言能力： 1. 学生能听懂录音，感知和发现字母组合wh在单词中的不同发音以及掌握发音技巧。 2. 学生能结合wh在单词中的发音规律,流畅地朗读chant,进行自主阅读。 （二）学习能力： 1. 学生能根据wh发音规律，读出符合规律的单词,即见词能读。 2. 学生能借助wh发音规律朗读含有wh词汇的小短文。 （三）思维品格： 1. 引导学生感知、探寻并验证读音规则，体现学生主观能动性； 2. 引导学生通过朗读chant和小短文，将拼读策略迁移应用于阅读。 （四）文化意识： 学生能够使用问句进行准确提问并获取信息。
教学重难点
（一）重点：通过学习，让学生感知和发现字母组合wh在单词中的发音规律，尝试拼读单词，把拼读策略运用到句子和短文的阅读中。 （二）难点： 能够按照wh的发音规则拼写出单词。 2.能够在单线上写出含有“wh”疑问词的问句，做到书写规范正确。

Lead in Ask some questions with what/when/which/to get more information. Answer questions. 通过提问wh-的问题也引出本节课的教学重点单词wh-开头的单词。
Presentation Presentation of wh-/w/ Show some words with wh- (what /when /which) and help the Ss to find out the pronunciation of wh-. Help the Ss to practise the sound of wh-. Show more words with wh-, and ask Ss to practice blending them. 1. Presentation of wh-/w/ (1)Find out the same letter combination wh- and its pronunciation. (2)Practise the sound of wh- /w/ with the help of teacher. (3)Try to blend more words with wh-/w/, such as why, where,which, whistle... 呈现wh-字母组合: 呈现带有wh-组合的单词，学生通过老师的引导，感受发音规律。 老师展示wh-的发音要领，使得学生更清晰地掌握wh-的发音规律。 通过让学生自己拼读一些课内外的常见词,巩固拼读方法，提升拼读的实际应用能力，即见词能读。
Presentation of wh-/h/ (1)Show a picture and some words with wh- ( who / whose) and help the Ss to find out the pronunciation of wh-. (2)Help the Ss to practise the sound of wh-. (3)Show more words with wh- and ask Ss to blend them. (4)Play the tape on P60. (5)Using body language to chant. (1)Find out the same letter combination wh- and its pronunciation. (2)Practise the sound of wh-. (3)Try to blend the words with wh-, such as who, whose,whole. Practice Play a game with Ss to practise their ability of segmenting words with wh- with different pronunciation/w/and/h/. 2.Help Ss to finish the task on P60. 1.Listen to the teacher and segment the words. 2.Finish the task and check the answer. 1.采用游戏方式操练和巩固本节课重点，寓教于乐。 2..完成课本练习内容，对知识进行梳理，加深学生学习的印象。
Extension Show a story Whistle for Whale involving words with wh-. Watch and read the story. 通过阅读含字母组合wh- 单词的故事，提升学生在文段中的拼读能力和阅读能力。
Summary Ask Ss what have we learned Answer: wh在多数情况下发音为/w/ wh后接字母o时，一般发音为/h/. 巩固新知，加深记忆。
Homework Assign homework. 通过开放式的作业，调动学生学习的主观能动性，提升学生自我探究的学习意识。
