可数名词单数变复数规则
1. 一般的名词词尾直接加-s 。如：
　　 book → books room → rooms house → houses
2. 以s,　sh, ch, x 结尾的名词，在词尾加-es 。如：
　　 bus → buses dish → dishes watch → watches box → boxes
3. 以"辅音字母+y"结尾的名词，要先变y为i再加-es。如：
　　 city → cities body → bodies
注：以“元音字母+y”结尾的名词，直接在词尾加-s。如：
boy→boys toy→toys monkey→monkeys
4. 以f 或fe 结尾的名词，要将f或fe改为v再加-es。如：
　　 wife→wives knife →knives leaf → leaves
5. 以元音字母o结尾的名词一般加-s构成复数，如：
photo--photos piano--pianos
某些特殊的词加 -es
黑人英雄爱吃芒果，土豆，西红柿
6. 鱼、鹿、绵羊、中、日人单复数同形。
sheep→ sheep deer→ deer fish→fish
Chinese→ Chinese Japanese→ Japanese
7. 集体名词
集体名词,以单数形式出现,但实为复数。例如：
people→ people police→ police cattle→ cattle
8. 不规则变化
child → children man→ men woman→ women
policeman→ policemen policewoman→policewomen
foot→ feet tooth→ teeth goose→geese mouse→mice
名词所有格变化规则
一般情况下直接在名词后加’s. father’s 爸爸的 teacher’s老师的
一般以s结尾的名词复数只加 ’ 不加s. 单数可以只加 ’ ，也可以加 ’s.
大家共同拥有某人或某物时，只在最后一者后面加 ’ 或 ’s.
