一、询问物品是什么的特殊疑问句
1.询问单数物品(可数名词单数或可数名词)是什么 我们通常用特殊疑问句“What’s his/that ”来询问某个物品是什么,意“这/那是什么 ”。 其中, this 通常指离说话人较近的事物 而that通常指离说话人较远的事物。 答句可以用It's (a/an)…”来回答,也可以直接用数名词的单数形式或不可数名词回。如: —What's this 这是什么 —It's a cat./A cat.它是一只猫。/一只猫。 —What's that 那是什么 —It's my pencil./My pencil.它是我的铅笔。/我的铅笔。 2.询问复数物品是什么 我们通常用“ What are these/those ”来询问某些物品是什么，意为“这些/那些是什么 ”。 其中, these 通常指距离说话人较近的事物， 而 those通常指距离说话人较远的事物。 答句可以用“They’re…”来回答,也可以直接用名词的复数形式回答。如： —What are these/those 这些/那些是什么 —They're ducks./Ducks.它们是鸭子。/鸭子。
