一、反身代词
反身代词是一种表示反射或强调的代词
数 人称 单数 复数
第一人称 myself ourselves
第二人称 yourself yourselves

1. 反身代词的基本含义
通过反身代词指代主语，使施动者把动作在形式上反射到施动者自己。在人称、性和数上应保持一致。
反射到动作发出者身上。
e.g. I cooked it myself.
Mary saw herself in the mirror.
2. 反身代词的用于固定习语
for oneself 独自，独立 teach oneself 自学 =learn by oneself
help oneself to 随便吃，随便用 make oneself at home 随意
dress oneself 自己穿衣服 hurt oneself 受伤
seat oneself 坐下 talk/say to oneself 自言自语
lose oneself 迷路= get lost introduce oneself 介绍自己
by oneself 亲自（没有别人帮助）=on one’s own.
enjoy oneself 过得愉快，玩得高兴 =have a good time=have fun

表示位置的介词
( 1 ) on，above，over
1.1 on表示“在···之上”时，指两个物体的表面相互接触
Eg. The book on the desk is mine. 桌上那本书是我的。
on the left 表示在左边 on the right 表示在右边
1.2 above强调在上方，但不一定在正上方，表面也不接触
Eg. The plane flies above the clouds. 飞机在云中飞行。
1.3 over意思是“在····正上方”，两个物体表面也没有相互接触
Eg. There is a bridge over the river. 河上有一座桥。
( 2 ) under 与 below
2.1 under表示“在····的正下方”，是over的反义词
Eg. There is a ball under the table. 桌子下面有一个球。
2.2 below与above相反，意为“在···下面”，不强调在正下方
Eg. The sun sinks below the mountains. 太阳落下山了。
( 3 ) in 和at
3.1 in意为“在···内”，既可指小的空间里，也可指大的地方
Eg. What’s in the box 盒子里是什么？
China is in Asia. 中国在亚洲。

3.2 at 表示“在···地点”时，通常是指小地方，如街道、角落等

4.1 between指“两者之间”

( 5 ) behind，in front of，in the front of
5.1 behind意为“在····后面”
Eg. I sit behind Tom in the class. 我坐在汤姆后面。
5.2 in front of意为“在物体范围外的前面”
Eg. There are many cars in front of the building. 大厦前面有很多车。
5.3 in the front of意为“在物体范围内的前面”
Eg. The blackboard is in the front of the classroom. 黑板在教室的前面。

6.1 in “在……之内”，即一个小地方处在一个大地方的范围之内
Eg. China is in the east of Asia. 中国在亚洲东部。
6.2 on “在……端/边”，两个地方只是相邻或接壤
Eg. Guangdong Province is on the southeast of Guangxi. 广东省在广西的东南边。
6.3 to “在……面”，两个地方相隔较远
Eg. Japan is to the east of China. 日本在中国的东面。
