A Meaningful Environmental Protection Activity
In order to encourage us students to protect the environment, our school organized an activity in People's Park last Saturday. All the students and teachers in Senior 3 took part in the activity.
In the morning, we had a speech competition. We talked about many ways to protect the environment. In the afternoon, we went to clean up the park. Everyone took an active part in it. Some picked up the rubbish, such as the wasted paper, plastic bags and so on. Some set up several boards to remind the visitors to take care of the flowers and trees.
