单元教学设计
【学习内容】
内容组合:人教版新目标英语GO FOR IT 8B Unit 10。
统领主题:谈论所有物和周围的事物。
统领要素:围绕“talk about possessions and things around you”为主题的听、说、读、看、写能力的培养。
【学习目标】
运用词汇、句型谈论所有物。
1.1能听、说、读、写下列单词和短语:yard sale, sweet, memory, cent, soft toys, check out, part with, honest, truthful, search, shame, among;
1.2 能用现在完成时来问拥有物品有多长时间的句型:
--How long have you had that bike over there
-- I’ve had it for three years.
1.3 能进一步认识和了解现在完成时态的用法。
1.4通过听说训练,学会运用现在完成时,谈论在你周围的事物。
1.5 理解现在完成时态和一般过去时态的区别。
1.6掌握本单元的重点词汇和句型,并能运用到真实语境中。
2.运用调查数据形成调查报告。
2.1通过学习和对话练习,谈论学生如何合理地提出建议,并制作成表格展示。
2.2学生通过网络、报刊、杂志等多种渠道收集消息,供课上小组活动使用。
3.在讲述过去事件或经历的过程中感受情感,激发学生的学习兴趣。
3.1通过图片和标题进行读前预测,了解文章大概脉络。
3.2梳理文本内容与结构,找出家乡事物变化的描写以及表达了对家乡怎样的情感。
3.3根据文本内容和所给的示范对话,给予一定的情境,进行 pair work和 survey活动,实现语言的交际和交流。
4.感悟中外不同文化差异。
4.1根据文本上提到的内容,思考自己家乡有哪些变化。
4.2阅读所给的文章,用得体的方式表达自己对这些变化的感受。
4.3归纳本单元所学的重难点,比较中西方文化的差异。
【核心任务】
本单元的话题是谈论所有物和周围的事物,每个人都有属于自己的物品,这些物品拥有了多长时间,如何利用一些废旧物品都是本单元涉及到的话题,通过本单元的学习,让学生明白合理处理废旧物品的重要性,同时让学生们掌握表示拥有物品的询问以及相关回答的方法,学会谈论自己的物品及描述家乡的情况,能针对处理旧物品问题提出合理化建议。Section A主要谈论拥有什么物品以及拥有多长时间的问题。Grammar Focus主要总结拥有物品多长时间的句型,以及现在完成时和持续性动词的用法。Section B主要谈论家乡的变化和作者的感受,通过阅读,培养学生热爱家乡的情感目标,重点训练学生的阅读能力、写作能力和听力能力。Self-check重点训练本单元的for和since引起的时间(段)或时间状语从句的用法、持续性动词的运用,最终要掌握现在完成时的用法并培养学生热爱家乡的感情态度。
【课时安排】
本单元学习共6课时。第一、二课时完成段落一“学习理解”之“感知注意”“获取梳理”。第三、四、五课时完成段落二“应用实践”之“内化运用”“听说结合”“文本解读”。第六课时完成段落三“迁移创新”之“应用输出”。
第 一 课 时

2.对重点短语进行整合归纳。
3.用本课时的核心句型进行以下对话:

二、Listening
1.观察1a中的图片,认识物品并能简单询问你是否拥有这些物品,拥有多长时间了,并相互回答。

4.认真阅读2b中的要求,再听一遍录音,完成句子。

通过独立思考、小组合学,展示评析,学生能归纳出:
现在完成时可以用来表示发生在过去某一时刻的,持续到现在的动作(用行为动词表示)或状态(be动词表示)常与for(+时间段),since(+时间点或过去时的句子)连用。

研讨问题:瞬间动词和延续性动词的区别
通过独立思考、小组合学,学生能归纳其语法特征:
瞬间动词(buy,die,join,come,go ,leave,join ……)不能直接与for since 连用。要改变动词:

go out----be out leave ----be away
