Wildlife Protection
Nowadays, an increasing number of wild animals are being endangered due to serious environmental pollution and destruction of their habitats. However, wild animals play a crucial role in the balance of our ecosystem, which is closely related to human survival. Therefore, protecting wild animals really matters.
As for the government, it may begin with making laws on wildlife protection, setting up national wildlife parks and banning hunting. Equally important are individuals’ awareness and involvement in wildlife protection.
Protecting the animals is protecting ourselves. So let’s try our best to protect the wild animals.

W: Nashville, Tennessee, is called Music City for good reason. Now John Yang reports on a program that connects the city's musicians with its older residents, bringing benefits to both. It’s part of our ongoing coverage of arts and culture, Canvas.
M: It’s morning at Nashville's East Park Community Center, and these seniors are gathering here. Kyshona Armstrong leads a rousing chorus of old favorites. She's a professional musician with a background in music therapy. When not on the road touring, she sometimes plays like this for a nonprofit group called Music for Seniors.
W: As we all know, former singer-songwriter Sarah Martin McConnell started the program in 2007, combining her love for music and her degree in social work.

W: I wish there were Music for Seniors in every city. Every place has talented musicians and every place has older adults.
M: That can make all the difference.
Text 10 学中文的伊朗学生 215词 事实细节题*3*态度观点题
W: Li Mei, Chinese director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Tehran, introduces Chinese tea culture to students during the Chinese Culture Week in Tehran, Iran, Nov 28, 2023. A Chinese Culture Week was held from Nov. 25th to Nov. 29th, 2023 at the University of Tehran, aiming to introduce Chinese culture to more Iranians. The event displayed a range of artworks that contained different elements of Chinese culture, produced by Iranian professors and students at the university. Any visitor to the Chinese Culture Week being held at the University of Tehran would be amazed.
Zeinab Ghafourian, a 19-year-old sophomore, said that she has been interested in East Asian cultures even since childhood. “In addition, Chinese films have become more and more popular,” she said. Most importantly, given Iran’s good ties with China, mastering the Chinese language “offers better employment prospects” in the Iranian job market compared to other languages, she explained.
Mohammadreza Gholamrezaei, another sophomore at the institute, also said he chose to learn the Chinese language due to his strong interest in China’s rich culture and history. He believed that the students who are studying Chinese language at the institute would enter different sectors of Iranian society in the near future, helping more people to get to know more about China.
