教学目标:
1、知识目标:学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下,理解故事内容,复习与巩固关于日期的表达方式(尤其是序数词的用法)以及句型:The singing test will be on May 4th. /I can't... /I want to...等,同时扩展学习新句型Practice makes perfect./ Will you come to the party/play football/... with me /I want to practise my song./ I need more practice. I'll go swimming tonight等,增加学生语言的输入。
2、能力目标:学生能够理解并朗读故事,掌握基本的阅读策略;
3、情感目标:学生能够理解并表演故事,还能在语境中恰当运用故事中的语言。同时在故事语境中,通过 zoom专心刻苦练习并最终在不擅长的唱歌考试中得到音乐老师称赞的经历,发散学生思维,让学生了解英语谚语“Practice makes perfect.”的深刻含义。
教学重难点:
1.能够掌握关于日期的表达方式(尤其是序数词的用法)以及句型,并灵活运用到语境中。
2.能够理解、朗读、表演故事并内化故事内容,了解英语谚语“Practice makes perfect.”的深刻含义。
3.能够把本课的词汇、句型运用到具体的语境中。

教学设计:
一:Preparation
1. Greeting: Let’s chant.
2. T:Now let’s know this word “perfect” .It means excellent or wonderful.
二:Pre-reading
1. Today we’ll enjoy a story about perfect. Let’s learn unit4 when is the art show part C story time.
2.Firstly let’s read with the music.
(游戏激趣,复习以前学过的动词、月份、序数词,激发学生的知识储备和相关经验,为后面内容做铺垫,调动学生参与学习的热情)。
三:In-reading
1. Look at the calendar and try to use these words “What, where, who, how” to ask questions .
2. “Why is Zoom so nervous ”引出 the singing test.
The singing test will be on May 4th.There are just three days left.

本课的教学基本能完成教学任务,收到预期的目标。故事能够提供给孩子们一个完整的语言情景,有利于引发同学的猜想和推理等理解能力;当同学英语知识和能力欠缺的情况下通过连环画或者动画等的辅助,同学可以获得理解和学习英语的很好情景;故事的完整性和趣味性有助于同学在脑海里留下极其深刻的痕迹,有利于他们联系故事的情节学习和记忆词语和语言表达的方式。灵活地运用故事内容,扩展了学习面,扩大了词汇量,句型量,提高了同学自主学习的能力、交际能力和发明能力接下来,我也将会从以下几个方面进行完善:
一、找准切入点,巧妙导入,导入是课堂教学的重要环节。精心设计的导入,能抓住学生的心弦,立疑激趣,能促成学生情绪高涨,步入智力兴奋的状态,从而获得良好的学习效果。这堂课的导入简洁明了,突出主题 perfect,为下面的学习活动做好知识上的铺垫,而且培养了学生的听力和口头表达能力。本人根据实际需要和学生现有的认知水平搭建起来的支架,为学生营造了轻松的英语学习氛围。
二、借助关键词,掀起脑力风暴 “脑力风暴”深受高年级学生的喜爱,它不仅能激活学生的思维,让所学知识在他们的脑海中快速闪现,还能激发学生的热情。大家踊跃发言,互相感染,联想和发散思维能力在不知不觉中得到了提高。本课中,深入剖析:If you are Zoom’s friends, What will you invite him to do 让学生学会主动学习,充分尊重学生的主体地位,学会思考和拓展思维。学生活跃思维,脑洞大开,运用 Will you...with me 和所学的各种动词,不断猜测 Zoom的朋友会邀请其做些什么。通过 Zoom的不断拒绝,让学生自主总结,得出结论, Practice makes perfect.这种脑力风暴式的对话表演。为下面的对话学习做了充分准备,而且还激发了学生开口说英语的兴趣,可谓一举两得。
三、围绕主题,活化教材语言不是“学会”的而是“用会”的。就语言学习而言,五彩缤纷的生活即是语言的源头,又是运用语言的沃土。只有在实际运用中学到的语言,才是真正的活的语言。如果缺少真实的生活实践,那么我们从书本和课堂上学到的语言就会枯燥、抽象、不易掌握,而且极容易因为缺少运用而使已经掌握的语言知识也逐渐变得生疏。因此,围绕教学主题设计的 talk能活化教材,让课堂呈现生机和活力。
