①by+交通工具的单数名词。【注意】by+交通工具是介词短语,通常用于句子末尾,不能单独使用,前面必须要有动词。

其中It作形式主语,真正的主语是后面的不定式短语to do sth.,take在句中意为“花费(时间)”。
句型中的时间可用long,a short time等来表示,sb.和to do sth.则可视具体的上下文进行省略。
It doesn’t take long to walk there. 走着去哪花不了多少时间。
It’ll only take you a short time.只花你一小会的时间。
