语法专题
make的用法
make作使役动词,意为“使;让”,其后可接复合宾语,即“宾语+宾语补足语”,宾语补足语可以由名词、形容词、过去分词、动词不定式等来充当。具体用法如下:
1.make+名词/代词+名词
例:Most pop singers make music their career.
大多数流行歌手把音乐当作他们的职业。
2.make+名词/代词+形容词
例:The purpose of new technologies is to make life easier, not to make it more difficult.新科技的目的是使生活更加容易,而不是更加困难。
3.make+名词/代词+过去分词
例:The teacher raised his voice so that he could make himself heard.
那个老师提高了嗓门以便别人能听到他。
4.make+名词/代词+动词不定式(省略to)。该结构改为被动语态时,省略的动词不定式符号to要还原。
例:Nobody made us go to bed at a certain time.
没有人让我们在某一固定时间就寝。
Children should be made to understand the importance of saving water.
应该让孩子们理解节约用水的重要性。
5.make+名词/代词+介词短语
例:You made him into an honest one.你使他成了一个诚实的人。
6.make+形式宾语it+形容词或名词+带to的动词不定式(作真正的宾语)
例:This makes it possible for agriculture and industry to develop quickly.
这使工农业有可能快速发展。
7.make+形式宾语it+形容词或名词从句(作真正的宾语)
例:They want to make it clear to the public that they do an important and necessary job.他们想要向公众表明,他们所做的工作不但重要,而且是必不可少

写作专题
一、写作话题
本单元以“情感”为话题,谈论事物对我们情绪的影响。通过对“情感”的学习,能够谈论或询问对某种事物的看法,以及事物对人们的影响。
二、写作技巧
(1)要按照材料中所给的提纲,理清写作思路。
(2)要根据一定逻辑关系来写,先简明扼要地指出该事物,然后介绍该事物对人的影响,包括好的方面和不好的方面,最后表明自己的观点。
(3)要注意使用本单元所学的动词make,为文章增加色彩。

Noise is a kind of sound that makes people uncomfortable. As we all know,too loud noise is bad for our ears. The higher the noise intensity is, the more harmful it is to our ears. It's said that if the noise intensity rises between 60and 100 decibels, people will be made to get angry easily, sleep badly or feel tired. What's worse, when the noise intensity is over 110 decibels, our ears will have problems in listening.
In order to have a better listening, it's important for us to make less noise and speak quietly in public places.
