what time与when 的区别
when与what time都可以用来询问时间,相当于汉语的“什么时候”,它们之间的异同点如下：
1、询问做某事的具体时间（钟点）时两者可以互换。如：你什么时候去上学？
--When / What time do you go to school --I go to school at seven o'clock.
2、询问钟表所显示的时间时，只能用what time
--What time is it (=What‘s the time) --It's nine thirty.
3、询问事件发生的年份、月份、日期等非钟点性时间时,只能用when, 而不能用what time。
--When is your birthday 　　　　 --My birthday is on May 4th.
--When do you go to Shanghai 　　 --I go to Shanghai in April.

be dressed in 穿着，强调状态
Mr. Smith is dressed in a black sweater.
dress, wear, put on 的区别
dress: 给......穿衣服，宾语通常是人，不可以是衣服
She dresses the baby in the morning.
wear: 穿着，戴着，表示状态，后接衣帽，饰品等。
He is wearing blue shoes.
put on: 强调穿戴的动作
I want you to put on this coat and hat.
dress: 名词，连衣裙。
This dress is very nice.
时间介词
in后加时间段：月份，季节，年份，早/下午/晚上
in 2022 in the morning in May
on接时间点：星期，具体日期，具体某一天的早/下午/晚上
on January 18th on a cold morning on Monday
at接具体时间，中午，夜里
at 15:00 at noon at night

Grammar Focus
英语时间表示法:
1. 整点表达法：
整点钟，直接用“基数词+o'clock”表示，o'clock 也可以省略。
如： at nine（o'clock）在九点钟
2. 顺读法: 小时+分钟
如：7：20　seven twenty; 8：55　eight fifty-five。
3. 逆读法: 使用介词 (past或to)。
当分钟数≤30分钟时，使用介词past ， “分钟数＋ past ＋ 小时数”。
如： 9：10　ten minutes past nine；
10：30　half past ten;
当分钟数＞30分钟时，使用介词 _to_，“(60－分钟数)＋ to ＋ (小时数＋1)”。 如： 11：40　twenty minutes to twelve。
4 . a quarter (15分钟）一刻钟 表达法
9: 15 a quarter past nine
2: 45 a quarter to three.
3). AM和 PM
AM表示“午前”，“上午”；PM 表示“午后”，“下午”（中午12:00后至午夜12:00前）。在使用中，常用小写形式，am和 pm 。
