the expressions about past simple wh-questions
1. 含有be动词和含有行为动词的特殊疑问句构成
(1) 含有be动词的一般过去时的特殊疑问句结构:
特殊疑问词+was/were+其他?
e.g. When was the bridge constructed
那座桥是何时修建的?
Where were you yesterday morning
你昨天上午在哪儿?
一般过去时的特殊疑问句的构成及其用法
(2) 含有行为动词的一般过去时的特殊疑问句结构:
① 特殊疑问词+did+主语+行为动词原形+其他?
e.g. Where did you catch the fish
你在哪儿捕到了这条鱼?
② 特殊疑问词(作主语)+行为动词的过去式+其他?
e.g. Who played volleyball with Jack yesterday afternoon
昨天下午谁和杰克打排球了?
2. 在特殊疑问句中,常用特殊疑问词有 who, what, when, where, why, how, how long等(和一般现在时的特殊疑问词相同)。
e.g. When did he come back
他什么时候回来的?
Where do you live
你住在哪儿?

【注意】
特殊疑问句的答语和一般疑问句的答语不同,特殊疑问句回答不用yes或no。可用一个完整的句子进行回答,也可用省略形式。
