语法专题：what time、when引导的特殊疑问句
一、用法
what time翻译为“几点”问的是具体的时间，一般回答要具体到小时。
—What time do you go to school
—I go to school at half past seven o’clock.
回答具体到点钟，注意在几点前边的介词用at。
when也是对时间的提问，但与what time的区别是：用when提问，回答既可以是具体的时间，也可以是不具体的时间，如：in the morning，last year，in 1998等范围大的时间，例如：
—When does he take a shower？ —He takes a shower in the morning.
也可用具体时间：I take a shower at 6 o’clock in the morning.
【例】完成下列对话。

二、句子的构成
1. 对句子的主语提问，其语序是：疑问词+谓语+其他？（整句是陈述句语序）
Swimming is my favourite. What is your favourite

2. 对句子其他部分提问，其语序是：
Be(Am;Is;Are;Was;Were)+主语+其他？
特殊疑问词(+被修饰名词)+一般疑问句
助动词/情态动词+动词原形+其他？

一、直读法
后读分，整点钟可在结尾加。o ‘clock。7 : 20 读作 seven twenty : 6 : 00 读作 six o’clock
二、用介词past或to的读法
在30分钟之内(含30分钟)，即：几点过几分就用分钟+past+点钟
超过30分钟就应该说。几点差几分。即：分钟+to+点钟(点钟要加一)
特别注意英文中fifteen minutes= a quarter, 30 minutes=half
7 : 50 读作 ten to eight 10 : 08 读作 eight past ten
7 : 15: ______________________ 7 : 45 读作 a quarter to eight

含义 表示频率的副词称为频度副词 always (总是)，usually (通常) often (经常)，sometimes (有时)hardly (几乎不)，never (从不)
位置 在be动词之后 She is sometimes very busy.她有时很忙。
在助动词或情态动词之后 I will never forget the day when I met you. 我将永远忘不了遇见你的那一天
在实义动词之前 We often go there.我们常去那儿
