表示位置关系的介词（短语）叫方位介词（短语），其用法如下:
in “在……里”，表示在某物中。 There is a pen in the box.

at “在……”，一般用于比较具体的地点前。 You can get off the bus at the next stop. 你可以在下一站下车。
on 表示“在……上”，两者相互接触。 There is a book on the
desk. 书桌上有一本书。
under 表示“在……下面”，但两者不接触。 My pet cat is under my
chair. 我的宠物猫在我的椅子下面。
behind 表示“在……的后面”。 Lingling sits behind me.
