探究时间表达规则

规则1：观察分针，当分针指在12点正的位置时，是整点时间，用o'clock。
规则2：当分针从12点开始（不含12点）沿顺时针转到30（含30）分钟时，用past表达，如：half past three。另外人们习惯用quarter表达15分钟，用half表达30分钟。
