2.本课文本解读
本课是一节对话课。
(1)[What] 主题意义和主要内容
本课时属于一节对话课,通过吴彬彬爷爷与孩子们交流学校过去的情况展开学习。爷爷作为客人回来探望学校,发现现在校园变化很大,于是跟孩子们分享以前的学校情况。学生在对话中了解今昔对比,并渗透首次登月和中国探月史的相关信息。
(2)[Why]语篇传递的意义
语篇情景中运用到的语言帮助学生运用核心句型描述某地过去的状态,掌握There be 句型的过去式用法,初步感知时代的变迁和社会的进步,产生对母校的怀念之情。
(3)[How] 文本和语言修辞
本课时的情景突出,学生通过观看“changes of school”进入本课时的话题学习,学生完成听力任务,了解对话内容,运用There was/ were… 描述学校以前的状态,在图片,视频和教师的引导下关注人类首次登月和中国探月史的发展,拓展学生视野。
二、学情分析
六年级的学生有一定的听说读写能力。经过三年多的英语学习,他们在课堂上基本能够听懂老师的提问,能根据图片提示获取相关信息。六年级的学生已经掌握了大量的动词词组和形容词,他们在前两个单元已经接触过比较级、一般过去时态的用法,但学生词汇量有限,本单元的重点是引导学生通过事物、人物的今昔对比呈现不同的变化。
三、教学目标
在本节课学习结束时,学生能够:
(1)学习理解方面:在图片和教师的引导下预测、分析听力内容,完成听力任务,理解对话大意,在语篇中感知核心句型:There was/ were…的语义与语用。
(2)应用实践方面:了解人类首次登月和中国现代探月史的相关信息,并能够按照正确的语音语调朗读对话,理解one day, look it up, in my time, Internet的意思和用法,了解There be 句型过去时的用法。
(3)迁移创新方面:同伴间谈论自己学校的变化,在情境中运用核心句型There was/were… There is /are…描述某地的状态。培养学生对母校的热爱之情。
