developed和 developing均为动词 develop的形容词形式， developed意为“发达的；成熟的“developing意为“发展中的；较不发达的；发育中的” 。
例如：

（2）含有和预期的情况相反或“虽然,但还是···”的让步意义.表示此意时,after all 一般放句末。
