辨析:look for,find和find out
这三个词都有“找”的含义,但具体用法有区别:
(1)look for意为“寻找”,是有目的地找,强调“寻找”这一动作。例如:

(2)find意为“找到;发现”,强调“找”的结果,其宾语往往是某个丢失的东西或人。例如:

(3)find out着重表示通过理解、分析、思考、询问后“弄清楚”“查明”一件事情,其后的宾语常常是某个情况、事实。例如:

worry是动词,意为“担心”。worried是它的过去式。worried作为形容词使用时,意为“担心的”,用来表示人的状态。
辨析:be worried about 和 worry about
be worried about 表示 “担心” 的状态;而 worry about 表示“担心”的动作。一般常用be worried about,因为担心是一种状态而不是一个动作,所以用be worried about 更合理。例如:
