教材分析
本课主要是一节语法课,是对本单元重点语言点的总结、训练和巩固。“语法聚焦”部分传递出两层信息:其一是对疾病及事故伤害的询问及应答,其二是利用情态动词should询问及陈述建议,说明这是本单元要求学生重点学习并掌握的两项内容。就本单元功能及主题而言,语句结构相对固定,如对疾病及伤害的询问,多为一些固定套语,教师在教学过程中应多注意引导学生关于语句的整体学习及套用,尽量不要把这些语言拆开来讲解和分析。
学情分析
本课时话题比较贴近学生生活,学生对疾患及其处理方式也有一定的尝试。通过前两个课时的学习,学生已经初步感知和运用了“have+(a)+病症”结构谈论健康问题,使用情态动词should提出恰当的建议,故本节课的学习任务相对轻松,大部分学生应该能积极参与到课堂活动中来,主动跟随老师的步伐小结本单元语法并加以练习。但学生语言基础还较为薄弱,因此教师在进行课堂设计时应尽可能多地创造练习应用的机会,提高学生的语言知识运用能力和读写水平。
