Language points
1. I was not feeling very well... 我感觉不是很舒服……
well是形容词，指身体状况“好的；健康的”；而good则是指人或事物的品
质“好的”。表达身体好还可以用fit。如:
We all feel very fit. 我们都感到很健康。
2. Now I get exercise by taking him for a walk every day. 现在我每天借着遛狗锻炼一下。
by doing sth. 表示“通过做某事”。
3. I have had him for three months now and I feel really healthy. 现在我已经拥
有它三个月了，并且我觉得非常健康。
本句是由and连接的并列句，前一句是现在完成时态，而后一句是一般现在时态。
have和there be都表示“有”，但have表示拥有，强调所属关系。而there be
强调客观存在，二者含义不同。
Language points

take part in意为“参加(某活动)”；join in则指“参加(某团体/组织)”。
5. She is in excellent condition too. 她的身体状况也很好。
in... condition意为“健康状况……”，本句用in excellent condition表示“十
分健康”。其反义短语为in serious/critical condition，意为“生命垂危”。
out of condition意为“健康状况不佳”。
6. For the last few years, I went to work on the underground. 过去几年里，我都
是坐地铁上班。
on the underground意为“坐地铁”，也可说成by underground/subway

Good living habits are important to our lives, which ensure us a healthy body and a good mood. Having a good rest is the basic, so that we can have enough energy in the whole day.
