●Jenny and I arrived by plane the day before yesterday. Jenny和我是前天乘飞机到达的。
arrive意为 “到达”,arrive in +大地点,arrive at + 小地点;如果没有说明到达哪里,应选择arrive,后面不接介词。表示“到达”的其他形式有:get to +地点;reach +地点。
by plane 意为“乘飞机”, “乘飞机”还可表达为by air。“乘飞机去某地”可表达为:fly to + 地点。例如:
I go to Beijing by plane.=I fly to Beijing.我坐飞机去北京。
