1.clear out 清理；丢掉
I’ll clear out that bookshelf for you.

2.decide to do决定做某事
I decide to change it.

3. no longer意为“不再；不复”，有时可 用not …any longer
或not … any more 替换。
He no longer lives here.
(= He doesn’t live here any more/any longer.) 他不再住这儿了。
4. as for 至于，关于
And as for us, it is very interesting. 对我们来说，这非常有趣。
5. to be honest意为“说实在的，说实话”，经常单独使用，作
插入语，用逗号与句子隔开。
To be honest, he is not an honest boy.
说实话，他不是一个诚实的男孩。
6.while 名词 一段时间，一会儿
while还可用作连词，引导时间状语从句，意为“当……的时
候”，while引导的时间状语从句中的动词必须是延续性动词。
He kept in touch with us while he was on vacation.
他在度假期间仍与我们保持联系。
7.have/has been in+地点名词 意为“待在某地（多长时间了）”
She has been in Shanghai for three years.
她在上海待了三年了。

现在完成时
表示从过去已经开始持续到现在的动作或状态，可以和表示
“从过去某一时刻延续到现在的一段时间状语”连用，如“for
+时间段”、“since+过去时间点”、“since+过去时的从句”、
“since+一段时间+ago”。for与since引导的时间状语可以相互
转换。
I’ve lived here since 2008． 自从2008年以来我就住在这里。
I haven’t seen her for two years. 我两年没有看见她了。

现在完成时中的延续性动词与非延续性动词
延续性动词表示经过；非延续性动词表示结果，不能与表示一段
时间的状语连用。
I've known him since then.
我从那时起就认识他了。(表经历)
He has finished the work.
他已完成了那项工作。(表结果)
