Language points
1. Your best friend does not trust you any more.
你最好的朋友不再相信你了。
not…any more = no more 意为“不再”，多用于强调次数和程度；
not…any longer意为“不再”，多用于强调时间和距离。
2. Ask them why they give you so much pressure.
问他们为什么给你这么大的压力。
ask sb. sth. 意为“问某人某事”，本句中的sth.是一个宾语从句：why they give you so much pressure。
注意：ask sb. sth.中的sb.要使用宾格。
3. You shouldn’t compete with your classmates to get better grades.
你不应该为了取得更好成绩和你同学竞争。
should do/shouldn’t do 用来给予建议，意为“你应该 /不应该做某事”；
compete with sb. for sth. 意为“与某人竞争以得到某物”；
to get better grades 作compete with sb. 的目的状语。

be helping 表示一直处于这样一种状态；
