设计说明
本节课通过听英文歌曲引入对身体部位名词的复习,从而导入新课。通过看图说单词,看图说出健康问题,以直观的手段来引导学生学习生词及短语,并初步练习本课时重点句型“What’s the matter ”。在授课过程中,通过听录音完成1b,2a,2b的几项活动,再次练习本课时词汇及句型;在分组表演及小组合作学习中,训练学生对所学知识的灵活运用,以达到熟练掌握的目的。
教学目标
1. 知识目标
(1)掌握单词和短语:matter,sore,stomachache,foot,neck,stomach,throat,fever,lie,rest,cough,X-ray,toothache,headache,break,hurt;have a cold,have a stomachache,lie down,take one’s temperature,have a fever,take breaks/take a break。
(2)掌握句型:①What’s the matter(with...) ②I have a cold/stomachache...③I think you should lie down and rest. 。
2. 能力目标
(1)学会运用所学句型“What’s the matter ”“I have a cold/stomachache...”询问健康问题并作出回答;学会运用情态动词should提出合理的建议。
(2)学会运用所学词汇表达各种不同的健康问题。

Discuss the following language points and fill in the blanks.
1. What’s the matter 意为“怎么了?”,常用来询问身体有什么不适;也可以询问有什么麻烦或出了什么事。在使用中,要注意两点:①matter前要加定冠词 the;②要询问某人怎么了,用介词 with。试着翻译:汤姆怎么了?What’s the matter with Tom
2. 表示身体不适的短语常用动词 have,有以下几种构成:
①have a(n)+表示疾病的名词
感冒 have a cold 发烧 have a fever
咳嗽 have a cough
②have a sore +表示身体部位的名词
背痛 have a sore back 喉咙痛 have a sore throat
③have a(n)+身体部位-ache
胃痛 have a stomachache 牙痛 have a toothache
头痛 have a headache
3. should是一个情态动词,意为“应该”,没有人称和数的变化,后跟动词原形,常用来提出建议。其否定形式为shouldn’t;变一般疑问句时,把should提至句首。

3. B stomachache意为“胃痛”;toothache意为“牙 痛”;headache意为“头痛”;sore throat意为“喉咙 痛”。根据后句“you can see a dentist.(你可以去看牙医)”可推知前句句意为“如果你牙痛”,故选B。
4. A should表示提出建议,意为“应该”。
