设计说明
本课时在1a~1c活动的基础上给出了更为丰富的语言运用环境。以听力的形式对重点词汇进行复习,进一步拓展句型;2d的角色扮演巩固了本节课所学的重难点;通过问答练习带领学生进入自主探究性的语法学习,发现并巩固本单元的主要语法知识;构建和谐开放的“生活课堂”,既能使学生增强自信心和学习兴趣,又能让学生在活动中突破自我、提升发展能力。
教学目标
1. 知识目标:
(1)掌握单词和短语:sheep,as,natural,butterfly,visitor,tired,stay,away,mouse(pl. mice),baby,shout,language;stay up late,run away,shout at。
(2)掌握一般过去时态中what,who,where,how引导的特殊疑问句及其答语。
2. 能力目标:
(1)学会运用一般过去时谈论上个周末发生的事情。
(2)训练学生在听录音时有目的地获取信息并完成所给听力任务的能力。
3. 情感目标:
教育和指导学生如何让自己的周末和假期更充实、更有意义,让学生更加热爱学习、热爱生活。

Step 2 Listening
1. Look at the picture in 2a and answer the questions.
(1)Who do you think they are I think they’re some students and their English teacher.
(2)Where are they They’re in the classroom.
2. Now let’s read the sentences. At the same time,revise the past forms:visited,did,studied,went,fed. Then listen and underline the words you hear.

Note:sheep可数名词,意为“绵羊”,单复数形式相同。

4. Discuss the following expressions.
(1)work as意为“任……职,当……”。
I work as an English teacher at a junior high school.
我在一所初级中学当英语老师。
(2)natural意为“自然的”,由名词nature去e后加后缀-al构成。
Wild animals should live in the natural (nature) environment.
野生动物应该生活在自然环境中。
(3)“How interesting! ”是一个 感叹句,其结构为“How+形容词(+主语+谓语)!”,主语和谓语可以省略。

(4)over意为“超过”,相当于more than。
There were over/more than 100 elephants here before,but now there are only about 60.

(5)visitors为名词visitor的复数形式,visitor由动词visit加后缀-or构成。

1. Read the sentences in Grammar Focus.
2. Talk about the grammar in groups. Think about the questions:
(1)这些疑问词分别表示什么意思?
(2)这些一般过去时态的特殊疑问句一般要借助哪个助动词?句子中的实义动词(即谓语动词)要用什么形式?
(3)这两个who问句为何一个需要助动词,一个不需要助动词?
3. Sum up.
what意为“什么”,用来询问事情或物品,通常用名词或动词(短语)作答;who意为“谁”,通常用来提问表示人的名词或代词;where意为“(在)哪里”,用来询问地点,通常用表示地点的介词短语作答。在谓语动词为实义动词的一般过去时态的特殊疑问句中,一般要借助助动词did,而句子中的实义动词(即谓语动词)要用原形。但who问句要区别对待:当who在句子中作主语时,不需要借助助动词did,而直接用实义动词的过去式,如:Who visited her grandma 当who在句子中作宾语时,则和其他问句一样,要借助助动词did。如:Who did you talk with

①shout的用法:
shout动词,意为“呼叫;喊叫”。常用短语:shout at sb. ,指因生气等而非善意地对某人吼叫。
He was so angry that he shouted at everyone.
他如此生气以至于对每个人都大喊大叫。
②away的用法:
away作副词,意为“远离;离开”,常用短语有:far away(远离);go away(走开);run away(跑开);right away(立刻,马上)。
3. T:Look at the pictures. Can you guess what I did last weekend

T:Good. Now please draw pictures of two things you did last weekend. Your classmates guess what you did.

3. B take away“拿走”;run away“跑开”;put off“推迟”;get off “从……下来”。句意:当你处于困境时,一个真正的朋友绝不会从你身边离开。故选B。
4. B 根据答语“我爸爸”可推断,此处是问“你和谁一起去的?”。所缺的疑问词是who,故选B。

Ⅲ. 1. butterfly,butterflies 名词作定语常用单数;all kinds of意为“各种各样的”,其后应接可数名词的复数 形式。
2. visitors 本句缺少主语,visit表示人的名词是visitor, 意为“游客”;由some可知应用复数形式。
3. sheep sheep单复数同形,此处为复数形式。
4. to watch 此处为动词不定式作目的状语。
5. Mice 根据make可知主语应为复数形式,mouse(老鼠)的复数形式为mice。
