In his neighbour’s kitchen
Mrs Sun couldn’t get out,
so Lin Tao rushed into the kitchen and saved her.

3. He went in and found his neighbour, the 79-year-old Mrs Sun,
in the kitchen. 他进去发现他的邻居，79岁的孙太太，在厨房里。
79-year-old为复合形容词，意为“79岁的”。
复合形容词有以下特点：
一是构成复合形容词的各词间用连字符连接；
二是其中的名词要用单数形式；
三是复合形容词只能在句中作前置定语。
Tom is an eight-year-old boy. 汤姆是个八岁的男孩。
I have a two-meter-long ruler. 我有一把两米长的尺子。

hurt adj. 受伤的
If you are hurt, you should go to hospital.

(1) fireman消防队员。复数形式为firemen。类似的还有：
postman-postmen 邮递员； policeman- policemen警察;
Englishman-Englishmen英国人
(2) put out 熄灭，扑灭。为“动词+副词”短语，人称代词作宾语时，
应放在put和out之间。
The man tried his best to put out the fire. 那个人尽全力把火扑灭了。
Don’t smoke here. Put it out. 不许在这抽烟，把它熄灭。(代词夹中间)
7. He was in hospital for two weeks .
他在医院住了两个星期。
in hospital 住院。表示生病住院。
I hear that he is ill in hospital.

【拓展】 in the hospital 在医院里。不一定生病。
