设计说明
　　本课时听说活动由小游戏“它是什么动物？”展开，让学生巩固所学词汇和句型；再通过听力训练对描述性形容词进行进一步巩固，然后通过合作、讨论等环节学会如何在真实情景下运用描述性形容词；这些活动的开展有利于为学生创设自主学习空间，让他们有机会去交流和实践所学的语言材料，有效调动和保持学习兴趣。
教学目标
　　1. 知识目标：
　　（1）掌握单词：friendly，shy。
　　（2）掌握句型：
　　—What animals do you like
　　—I like...
　　—Why do you like...
　　—Because they’re...
　　2. 能力目标：
　　（1）学会询问别人喜欢的动物及原因；根据自己的喜好描述动物。
　　（2）通过听力训练，培养学生快速、准确地获取所需信息的能力。

　　通过认识、了解动物，培养学生喜欢动物、保护动物的意识。

　　Step 1　Warming up & Leading in
　　1. Guessing game
　　Show parts of the animals and ask the students to guess what animals they are.

　　2. Point out the list of eight adjectives below.
　　T：Now please match the adjectives with the animals in the pictures. Write the letter of the animal on the line after the adjective.

　　3. Talk about the animals in pairs.

　　（1）beautiful由“名词beauty（美丽）（需变y为i）+形容词后缀-ful”构成，意为“美丽的”。
　　小结：“名词+ -ful”可以构成形容词，其意义和原来的名词相关。如：
　　use（用，用途）+ -ful→useful（有用的）
　　help（帮助）+ -ful→helpful（有帮助的）
　　（2）friendly由“名词friend（朋友）+ -ly”构成，意为 “友好的”。
　　小结：“名词+ -ly”可以构成形容词，其意义也和原来的名词相关。如：
　　love（爱，喜爱）+ -ly→lovely（可爱的；令人喜爱的）

3. B　根据下文“Because they are cute and beautiful.”可知问句是问喜欢的原因，答语中的主语是they，故问句应为“你为什么喜欢它们（them）？”，而不是它（it），所以不选G项。

Ⅲ. 1. friendly　连系动词be后应用形容词，be friendly to sb. 意为“对某人友好”。
2. beauty　冠词the后应用名词，the beauty of nature意为“大自然之美”。
3. interesting　kind of意为“有点儿”，相当于程度副词，其后接形容词；koalas作主句的主语，故填interesting，意为“有趣的”。
4. noisy　连系动词后应用形容词，be noisy意为 “吵闹的”。
5. kinds　different kinds of为固定短语，意为“不同种类的”。
