教学设计的背景和意义
1. 指导思想和理论依据： 《普通高中英语课程标准（2017年版）》指出，高中英语课程应充分发挥课程的育人功能，发展学生的语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力等核心素养。在提升学生思维品质方面，教师应基于语篇主题和内容梳理进行梳理并提出每个单元和每节课学生要解决的问题，激发学生已有知识和经验，引导学生学习并整合运用学科知识和技能去分析和解决问题。 2. 教学内容分析： 本单元取自北师大版高中英语教材必修3第八单元。本节课为整个单元的第二个阶段，即解决交通问题的具体解决方案之一。共享单车是当下讨论的一个热门话题，本节课的文本语言较为简单，易于学生的理解。 因此本节课将重点放在: 在思维导图的引导下把握文章脉络，了解荷兰共享单车的发展历史及其效果，深入分析其变化背后的目的，同时对比中国和荷兰共享单车发展、现状的异同，讨论解决北京共享单车的可行措施，提升学生对问题对比分析的能力、批判性思维能力和对知识的迁移与运用能力。 3. 学情分析 教学对象来自高一年级A层学生，学生好奇心较强，喜欢小组合作，乐于分享自己观点; 在阅读方面，学生基本具备处理文章表层信息的能力；通过平时学习，学生能够运用思维导图梳理文章框架。 教学文本中的“共享单车”话题贴近学生日常生活，学生对该话题内容较为熟悉，能够结合自身生活体验谈论北京共享单车的使用状况及其最近的发展状况。 经过调查，学生在思维品质方面，普遍缺乏对比分析问题、批判性思考能力。
教学目标
通过本节课的学习，学生能够： 1. 运用抓关键词，利用略读、跳读的阅读策略，快速提取文本信息； 2. 梳理和整合阿姆斯特丹共享单车发展历程与效果，分析归纳其有效措施提出背后的原因； 3. 对比分析北京共享单车的发展及现状和问题，结合所学知识，多角度分析为北京共享单车的改善提出可行性建议； 4. 通过讨论，反思，提高环保意识和自觉意识，意识到自己也可以为社会问题的改善做出贡献，提高社会责任感。
教学重点和难点
教学重点：通过文本阅读，分析、归纳阿姆斯特丹共享单车使用过程中出现的问题及有效改进措施。 教学难点: 通过对阅读文本的学习，迁移性地多角度分析北京共享单车存在的问题，并针对问题提出合理 建议。
