谈论周末所做的事
教材分析
本单元内容围绕谈论自己上周末的活动,分享自己过去的经历等方面展开。在本单元中,学生将学习日常活动的表达;用 “What did you do last weekend ”对上周末的活动进行提问,并作出回答;用who和where等特殊疑问词进行提问,并作出回答;学习使用一般过去时态描述自己在上周末的各种活动以及活动的时间和顺序。
Section A(1a~2d)通过听说训练引出本课时涉及的日常活动的名称,同时操练句型“What did you do last weekend ”及其答语;通过分角色交际对话,学生学会描述自己上周末的活动;学生学会交际时所需要的常见口语,训练学生的口语表达能力,同时,学生在日常交际中学会沟通,了解对方过去的活动。
Section A(Grammar Focus~3c)主要通过问答的方式让学生进一步熟悉句型“What did you do last weekend ”及其答语,并熟悉who、where、when、how等特殊疑问词引导的特殊疑问句及其答语。
Section B(1a~1e)主要归纳了一些常见动词的过去式,并通过听力训练让学生熟悉这些词的含义;让学生通过问答的方式了解某人上周末的活动,进一步熟悉一般过去时态的各种疑问句及其答语。
Section B(2a~2c)通过一篇短文的学习,让学生学会描述自己过去一天中的活动,学会叙述活动开展的时间、地点、方式等相关内容。
Section B(3a~Self Check)主要通过让学生完成一篇短文的方式,巩固所学句式,进一步掌握一般过去时,复习本单元的重要知识点。

教学建议
1.本单元围绕描述过去的事情、谈论周末所做的事情展开话题进行教学,在教学中教师可以多设计一些情景对话、互动小游戏和角色扮演和对话表演等活动来激发学生的学习兴趣。
2.教师要多利用图片、幻灯片或实物等让学生在轻松的环境下学习。
3.充分利用课本资源,让学生多听英语材料并跟读,从而提高他们的口语表达能力。
4.教师可以采用合作或小组教学的形式以及角色互换表演来让小组成员互相提问“Where did you go last Saturday Who did you go with What did you do Did you eat anything delicious ”等并作出回答。在问答中培养学生的自主学习能力。
5.教师要充分利用课堂资源,让学生根据自己的周末活动情况进行交际,在对话中进一步巩固所学的知识。
评价与测评
1.画出有关上周末的活动以及对应的时间、地点等的思维导图。
2.让学生写一篇介绍自己上周末活动的短文,谈论自己所做的各种活动、活动地点及时间。
3.让学生调查身边人上周末的活动内容,并形成调查报告。
