My heart pounded as I looked at the mess. The wind blew through the open window, making the curtains waving in the wind, which upset me even more. I didn’t know what to do with the broken mirror. Should I tell Grandpa or try to hide what had happened I thought about it, and Steve lowered his ears. Joseph was a frequent holder of the best performance award. I appreciated his help because he had great ways to get me thinking and guide me to solve problems. I was making progress in math and Joseph knew it. He encouraged me to go for best progress award first and then best performance.
