单元话题 文学和音乐
教 材 分 析 本单元是人教版八年级英语下册第八单元,包括四个板块的内容(Section A、Grammar Focus、Section B和Self Check)。 这四个板块基本上都围绕着“文学和音乐”这一话题展开,从《鲁滨孙漂流记》到美国的乡村音乐。本单元针对文学和音乐欣赏设计活动,练习运用含有already或yet的现在完成时,谈论最近的事件和经历。这一话题容易激发学习兴趣。通过学习本单元知识,学生可以了解外国文学及乡村音乐的概况,增加文化积累,开阔视野。
教 材 分 析 Section A
该部分有3个模块:第一模块围绕“Have you read Treasure Island yet ”这话题呈现了六部经典文学作品的场景图展开1a内容、进行听力训练(1b)和口语训练(1c); 第二模块围绕Tina和Mark所谈论的四本文学作品进行听力训练(2a~2b) 和口语训练(2c~2d),第三模块是阅读板块,要求学生带着问题阅读《鲁滨孙漂流记》的片段,并从文中获取信息(3a~3c)。
Grammar Focus
对所学语言结构进行总结,包括本单元的重要知识点——含有already或yet的现在完成时进行回答的用法。
教 材 分 析 Section B
该部分有3个模块: 第一模块要求学生谈论自己喜欢的歌手和音乐家及理由(1a),找出Alex和Dave各自的观点(1b、1c),并进行口语训练(1d); 第二模块通过2a 中提出的三个问题,引导学生思考:你有最喜爱的歌手或乐队吗 你有一首最喜爱的歌曲吗 你了解关于你最喜爱的歌手、乐队或歌曲的哪些情况 并通过A Country Music Song Changed Her Life Forever一文介绍了乡村音乐的概况;该模块还根据阅读材料设计了配套的练习(2c~2e)。第三模块以自己喜欢的作家或歌手为素材,引导学生展开写作训练(3a~3b)。这部分的设计理念是在训练学生口语交际能力的基础上,提高学生的语言组织能力,拓展学生的想象力。
Self Check
该部分有3个模块:第一模块以选词填空完成句子的形式练习动词搭配;第二模块以动词时态填空的形式练习一般过去时及现在完成时;第三模块以调查报告的形式练习现在完成时。
