A 1,000-Person-Long-Table Banquet
The photo/video is of a 1,000-Person-Long-Table Banquet in the Miao Stockade village(苗寨) of One Thousand Households in Leishan , Guizhou . This feast(宴会,盛宴) has a tradition dating back over 1 ,000 years and is usually held for marriage celebrations and festivals.
It is also popular in ethnic minority areas in Guangxi,Yunnan, Hunan, etc.
Food brings people together on many diffenrent levels. It’s nourishment of the soul and body; it’s truely love.
