目的 状语 从句 so that/in order that 表示从句是主句行为的目的。例如: Please say it louder so that I can hear you clearly.(请大声点,这样我才能听得清楚。)
结果 状语 从句 so...that.../such...that.../so/so that 表示主句是原因,从句表示该原因产生的结果。例如:It was raining so hard that we had to park our car by the side of the road.(雨下得很大,我们只好把车停在路边。)
