Gu Ailing, a Chinese freestyle skiing player, was born in 2003 in California, US. When she was 3 years old, she got very interested in skiing and practiced very hard. She got two gold medals on February 8th and 18th, one silver medal on February 15th at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.
Su Yiming was born in 2004. At the age of 4, he began to ski. After trying, he fell in love with it. Xu started to practice gymnastics (体操) at the age of 4 and changed to freestyle skiing at 12.“Xu’s gold medal was achieved through overcoming pains and never giving up.”
When Fan Kexin first started ice skating, her family could not afford a pair of skates. Asia’s fastest man, Su Bingtian made history in the summer of 2021. This time we try to start the laughter yoga and yoga meet in Tamar Park.
Laughter Club is a non-profit (非营利的) unit. In this club, our laughter yoga teacher Nat will lead you to have the laughter yoga activities.
Laughter Yoga Clubs were started by an Indian physician, Dr. Madan Kataria, in 1995 with just five people. Today, the Laughter Movement is widely accepted and has become popular among over 6,000 clubs in 60 countries. Realizing the power of laughter and it as the best medicine for health, Laughter Clubs have brought smiles and laughter in the lives of many people who have physical, mental and emotional upsets (精神和情绪困扰).
