Usually when we are about to 55 the goal, a small voice inside will say, "You will never succeed.""Very few have ever done this 56 ." And on and on the small voice makes us 57 heart and fail.

Dragon Head Raising Day: time for a haircut
China is a country with many colorful days and festivals. The Dragon Head Raising Day (Longtaitou) is one of them.
This special day is on the second day of the second month in the Chinese lunar calendar. It stands for the start of spring and farming. This year, the day falls on March 11.
The dragon is important in Chinese culture. We Chinese people call ourselves the “descendants (传人) of the dragon”. Therefore, people celebrate the Dragon Head Raising Day with many customs about dragons.
On the day in ancient times, people put ashes in the kitchen. This was to “lead the dragon into the house”. People believed that with the help of the dragon, they could have a good harvest (收成) in autumn.
Also, people eat special foods on that day. The foods are usually named after dragons. For example, people eat “dragon whisker (细须)” noodles and dumplings called “dragon teeth”.
Today, many customs have faded away (消退). But one that has remained is the cutting of hair. It was said that a haircut during the first lunar month may bring bad luck to the uncles of a family—mainly mother’s brothers. So many people have their hair cut on the Dragon Head Raising Day.

Where’s my food
Will you lose your favorite things to eat Climate change (气候变化) might be “eating up” your favorite food! New studies showed that because of climate change, some food such as chocolate, honey and peanuts are becoming “endangered”. Why Let’s take a closer look.
Honey
Bees live on pollen (花粉). But rising carbon dioxide (二氧化碳) makes the pollen have less protein (蛋白质) in it. Pollen is becoming junk food for bees! Bees aren’t getting enough nutrition (营养). They may die out. Warmer temperatures also make plants flower earlier. It’s so early that bees may still be little babies. They are not old enough to pollinate (授粉) them. The fewer bees there are to pollinate, the less honey they make.
Coffee
South America, Africa, Asia and Hawaii are home to coffee. But temperatures are rising in these places. This makes it easier for viruses (病毒) and bugs to grow. They may hurt the coffee plants. The result Big cuts in coffee beans and less coffee in your cup.
Scientists said that if Earth keeps warming up, half of the coffee production areas won’t be there by the year 2050.
Peanuts
Peanut plants grow best when they get five months of warm weather and 50-100 centimeters of rain each year. That’s not good news if there will be more bad weather, such as droughts (干旱) and heat waves.
In 2022, the drought across the peanut-growing southeastern US led many plants to die. According to CNN, that caused peanut prices to rise by as much as 40 percent!
Seafood
As air temperatures rise, oceans become hotter. Fish eggs find it hard to live in warmer water. So there will be fewer fish there. Warmer temperatures also make bacteria (细菌) grow in water. That will cause illness in humans if they eat raw (生的) seafood.
Chocolate
Cacao trees actually like warmer climates as long as there is also a lot of rain. But according to the 2014 report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the problem is that the world’s biggest chocolate-producing countries (Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Indonesia) are not getting enough rain now. The hot temperature makes the soil (土壤) dry. This could reduce cocoa production.

82.What do Bees live on
83.Where is coffee grown

Did you know that when you're kind to others, it's also good for yourself Even small acts of kindness can raise 86 (you) confidence and help you feel more connected to the people around you.
Kindness means doing something thoughtful for others without 87 (expect) anything in return. It can be a small and simple act, like holding a door open, or something that 88 (take) time and effort, like making a gift for your friend by hand. Kindness isn't just something you do; it also means being caring and considerate (考虑周到的) toward other people's 89 (feeling), as well as your own.
Scientists have discovered 90 when you're kind to someone, your body is filled with
chemicals that make you feel calmer, healthier and 91 (happy). When you volunteer for a
charity, for example, you feel part of a community. This can improve your self-esteem (自尊心) and build friendships. Kindness is also something that spreads, like ripples (涟漪) in a pond. If you do a good deed for others, they might 92 (inspire) to do the same.
Studies show that kindness is something that we learn and get better at with practice. So start
