Do you think a middle school student should do chores at home In our daily life,some parents think there is no need for children to do chores.They think the only thing children need to do is to study well. But I don't think so . I think it's good for kids to do some chores.
Firstly, doing some chores at home can make us independent. We can't depend on our parents forever. So we should learn to do some chores now. Secondly, doing housework can keep us healthy and strong. And we can also relax ourselves from hard work at school. Thirdly, doing chores can share our parents' work. In this way ,we can understand our parents better.
In a word, I think students should do some chores in their free time.

How I deal with stress
How time flies! Now we are in Grade Eight and under too much pressure. Here are some ways to deal with stress.
Firstly, I never wait until the last minute to study for a test. In class, I listen to teachers and take notes carefully. As for homework, I do it as carefully as possible. Secondly, in order to keep healthy, I get enough sleep and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Last but not least, I often play sports to relax myself in my free time.
All in all, no matter how much stress I have, I will never give up. As the saying goes, “Where there is a will, there is a way.” I believe I will deal with my stress well and have a bright future.

It’s very important for us to get on well with our parents. But how can we do that Here is some of my advice.
Firstly, We should understand and respect our parents. It’s best to listen to them carefully and express our opinions properly. Secondly, we need to talk with them about our happiness and problems more often. Last but not least, when we are free, we’d better do something to help them . For example, we can do some housework so that they can have more time to relax.

Yu Gong Moves a Mountain
Yu Gong Moves a Mountain is a traditional Chinese story. It’s about an old man named Yu Gong who tried his best to move the mountains in front of his house with his family. In the end, a god was deeply moved by his spirit so he sent two gods to take the mountains away.
In my opinion, Yu Gong is a determined (意志坚定的)and hard-working man. Although he was weak and old, he kept trying and never gave up and he believed that his family could continue to move the mountains after he died.
This story shows us that nothing is impossible if we work hard and never give up. From now on , we should try our best to make our dreams come true.
