2024 河北英语中考备考重难专题课前限时练:一材多题型精讲(阅读理解C、词语运用、作文)
阅读理解C
Studying for exams doesn’t always come easily. Sometimes you can’t pay attention to what you need to do. At other times, you can’t figure out how to organize your study to make good use of time. With the Pomodoro Technique (番茄时间管理法), you will be better at how to plan your time.
The Pomodoro Technique is a method with around 25 minutes studying periods divided into 3 to 5 minutes’ breaks.
While you are during a pomodoro(番茄钟), it’s important not to distract (分心) yourself. That’s why I don’t advise you to study at home. You may be distracted by remembering the floor to sweep, or clothes to wash. It’s better to go to a quiet library, where the Pomodoro Technique will work.
But there is something more efficient(高效的)than managing your time. If you're tired, even the best method won't work. Here are more tips to improve your performance.
Motivate yourself.
Have a goal, make a wish board or watch interviews of successful people who encourage you. It's up to you to find what motivates you, but when you do, studying will get easier.
Get enough sleep.
Short sleep will make you unhappy and influence your memory. An irregular sleeping habit may lead to many heart diseases and other illnesses.
Clean your workspace.
In a clean environment and with a clear goal, studying will be more pleasant and effective.
In fact, there are many ways for us to learn efficiently. Whichever you choose, what suits you is the best.
How long can you take a break after 4 pomodoros
For 3 to 5 minutes. B. For 10 to 15 minutes.
