Unit2 Last weekend单元整体分析
一、单元整体概览
本单元的教学主题谈论过去的活动。本单元要求学生通过学习,能够在情境中运用本单元重点句型询问,并回答有关过去某个时间活动的安排。学生能够正确语用本单元单词或短语谈论过去的活动。本单元学生首次接触一般过去时态,通过学习能够理解一般过去时态的用法及动词过去式的规则变化和不规则变化。

二、课标解析
《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》指出:英语课程内容由主题、语篇、语言知识、文化知识、语言技能和学习策略等要素构成。围绕这些要素,通过学习理解、应用实践、迁移创新等活动,推动学生核心素养在义务教育全程中持续发展。课程内容的六个要素是一个相互关联的有机整体,共同构成核心素养发展的内容基础。其中,主题具有联结和统领其他内容要素的作用,为语言学习和课程育人提供语境范畴;语篇承载表达主题的语言知识和文化知识,为学生提供多样化的文体素材;语言知识为语篇的构成和意义的表达提供语言要素;文化知识为学生奠定人文底蕴、培养科学精神、形成良好品格和正确价值观提供内容资源。
单元整体教学是指教师基于课程标准,围绕特定主题,对教材等教学资源进行深入解读、分析、整合和重组后,搭建起的一个由单元大主题统领、各语篇次主题相互关联、逻辑清晰的完整教学单元,使教学能够围绕一个完整的主题设定单元目标,引导学生基
于对单独语篇小观念的学习和提炼,逐步构建基于该单元主题的大观念。
三、单元内容分析
本单元是学生在小学阶段首次接触一般过去式的概念,也是首次接触到时态的学习中牵扯到动词的变形。A部分通过Mike与爷爷和Chen Jie的对话展开学习,描述上周末做过的活动,初步了解一般过去式动词词尾的规则变化,B部分通过John和Amy的对话继续讨论上周末做的事情,了解一般过去式动词的不规则变化,其中Read and write部分则是Wu Binbin对自己一次糟糕入住酒店体验的投诉信,和前面精彩、放松的周末生活形成强烈的对比,生活中充满着各种未知,到了C部分则是引导学生合理规划自己的周末生活,避免过于忙碌带来的反面效果。基于以上内用分析,将本单元重新整合,以单元大任务“Talk about our weekend”为引领,划分为四个语篇,分别是两节词汇对话融合课,一节读写课和一节故事课,围绕着“A colourful weekend”“A relaxing weekend”“A terrible weekend”“A busy weekend”而展开。通过向他人描述自己的周末时光,以及询问和回他有关周末做过的事情,体会各式各样的生活经历,学会理性看待身边发生的事情,热爱生活,合理规划自己的周末活动。
语篇一是本课时是A部分的单词对话融合课,语篇通过Mike和Sarah讨论上周末的活动展开话题学习,然后Mike打电话给他的爷爷分享周末做过的事情,爷爷跟Mike诉说了他周末和奶奶一起呆在家里喝下午茶、喝下午茶。Mike觉得爷爷奶奶的周末很好,也跟爷爷诉说自己周末不仅看电视,还打扫房间和洗衣服。实际应用环节采用语篇重构,检验学生对核心词句的掌握,到最后拓展环节的口语表达和书面写作,逐步提升学生的语言综合运用能力。
语篇二是B部分的单词对话融合课,围绕子话题“A relaxing weekend”而展开,询问并回答周末做过什么事情。语篇通过John和Amy去书店路上的谈话展开,John想去买一本电影杂志,并告诉Amy他上周感冒了,都是卧床休息,没来得及看杂志和电影,然而Amy恰巧在周末的时候看过这本杂志和电影,他们彼此分享着周末发生的事情,并对朋友表示适当的关心。
语篇三是一节读写教学课,本课的语篇内容是一封客户对入住过的酒店的评价信。语篇围绕着子话题“A terrible weekend”展开,吴斌斌一家人周末去到一家假日酒店度假,但是酒店的设施,服务,管理都存在着很大的问题,给顾客带来了很差的体验,酒店管家收到评价信立马上报给经理,经理经过深思熟虑后觉得改善酒店的各个方面,希望能得到顾客的好评。
语篇四是一节故事课,围绕子话题“A busy weekend”展开。本课时是整个单元的归纳总结和情感升华部分,语篇通过Zoom和Zip在去学校路上讨论周末活动展开学习,Zoom的周末过的非常忙碌,他一天做了四五件事情,包括做家务、写作业、休闲娱乐,把自己的周末安排的满满的,导致他现在非常累,他需要再过一个周末休息。学生再读后可以领会到合理安排周末活动的重要性,同时也可以给Zoom提出合理的建议。
四、学情分析
本单元面向的是六年级的学生,他们已经有了四年的学习基础,在五年级和六年级上册的学习中,学生已经掌握了一般现在时、一般将来时、现在进行时这三种时态,并且也掌握了相关描述周末活动的动词短语,如:read a book, see a film, watch TV, play football, clean my room等,这些都为本单元学习一般过去式动词形式变化奠定基础。小学高年级的学生具备了初步的听说读写能力,还具备了一定程度上的口语交际能力以及语言组织能力,掌握了一定的学习方法和阅读写作技巧,所以在教授本单元时,应对本单元的知识点整合、延伸,通过滚筒式内容学习,让学生在实际运用中感受语言,然后再进行潜移创新。

(二)A colourful weekend(B Talk&Learn) ﹡能听、说、读、写以下词组:read a book, saw a film, had a cold, slept﹡学习一般过去时动词词尾的不规则变化。﹡了解一般过去时搭配使用的时间状语。 询问并回答有关周末做过的事情:-Was it interesting -What did you do last weekend -Did you see a film -No, I had a cold. ﹡在语境中,根据单词的音、形、义学习词汇。﹡恰当运用所学语言谈论或评价他人周末活动。﹡小组合作交流,并根据调查结果作总结汇报。
(三)A terrible weekend(Read and write) 理解单词:comment, fixed, broken, were, tasted, noisy, either等。 理解句子:-Our weekend at your hotel was bad.-Our friend Robin cleaned our room and fixed a broken chair.-We didn’t enjoy our stay very much. ﹡根据提示,整合已有知识,寻找关键信息,完成表格填充邮件。﹡归纳、分析、总结一般过去时动词变化规则。﹡基于语言框架,写一封道歉信给Wu Binbin。
(四)A busy weekend(C Story time) 复习巩固单词单词或词组:busy, went fishing, visited my grandparents, another等 ﹡复习巩固句子:-How was your weekend -It was a busy one.-What did you do... ﹡通过上下文理解新句子:-Now I need another weekend. ﹡通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学的语言。﹡归纳、分析、总结一般过去时动词变化规则。﹡提升小组合作能力,培养学生自主探究学习的能力。
本单元通过四个子话题下展开四个语篇学习,让学生了解到四种不同体验的周末生活,共同促成单元大任务:Talk about our weekend。单元中的各个语篇看似相互独立,实则展示了周末生活的多个方面,从不同角度,不同价值观进行描述,从而构成了四个子话题“A colourful weekend”“A relaxing weekend”“A terrible weekend”“A busy weekend”。单元各语篇之间进行关联分析与整合利用,从学生认知发展的逻辑及“学习与理解-应用与实践-评价与迁移”出发,重新整合了单元教学内容,促进学生核心素养的融合发展,使学生在不断循环复现的主题语言和不断丰富的主题信息、视角中发展深度理解并能够连贯、有逻辑地表达主题意义地能力。本单元的学习旨在通过向他人描述自己的周末时光,以及询问和回他有关周末做过的事情,体会各式各样的生活经历,学会理性看待身边发生的事情,热爱生活,合理规划自己的周末活动。
