lose 形容词形式为lost,一般指失去且不易找回 I lost my watch yesterday.
昨天我丢了我的手表。
miss 意为“发觉丢失”,指东西找不到,但有找到的希望。形容词形式为missing I first missed my book after getting off the bus.

【注意】
(1) 如果be动词后为可数名词单数或不可数名词,be动词用is。
