第1课时 Part A Let’s talk & Let’s play
教学内容
Let’s talk 学生能够在图片、PPT和教师的帮助下,理解对话大意。学生能够学会按照正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话,并在小组中进行角色扮演。学生能够在情景中,运用核心句型“—What time is it —It’s…o’clock.”询问时间并回答。学生能够在情景中,恰当运用句型“It’s time for…”描述“到该做某事的时候了”。学生能够在语境中,理解新词“over, now, o’clock, kid”的意思,并正确发音。
Let’s play 学生能够通过活动,了解地球上不同时区在同一时刻时间不同的常识,并在实际交流中操练巩固句型“What time is it ”。
教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1. 学生能够在情景中,运用核心句型“—What time is it —It’s…o’clock. It’s time for…”询问时间并回答。
2. 学生能够听懂对话大意,并能用正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话。
(二)思维能力目标
1. 学生能够理解与运用对话中的一些习惯表达法。
(三)学习能力目标
1. 学生通过pair work,role play等互动活动,学会与他人合作学习的能力。
2. 通过不同的学习任务,学生能有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“说英语”的能力。

1. 利用不同的语境,增强文化素养和与他人交往的能力。
教学过程
Step 1: Presentation
1. Greetings.

T: Look at the clock, what time is it now
T: It’s seven o’clock.
(引出新词汇o’clock,并展示其发音,书写,音标等,并带领大家一起朗读。)
T: It’s seven o’clock in the morning. It’s time for breakfast.
T: Look at this time, what time is it now
S1: It’s eight o’clock.
(引导学生去输出时间的表达)
T: That’s right. It’s eight o’clock now. If it is in the morning, we should hurry up. It’s time to go to school. Or you will be late.
(用学生熟悉的时间点,来引出吃早饭和去学校两件事情)
T: Let’s move on. Look at this clock, what time is it now
S2: It’s 11 o’clock.
T: Woo, you did a good job. Are you hungry at 11 o’clock in the morning Maybe it’s time for lunch.
(用11点钟,带出词组it’s time for lunch)
T: How about this time
S3: It’s five o’clock.
T: Great! If it is five o'clock in the afternoon. School is over for us.
(用时间点,结合实际生活中的情境,让学生体会school is over,并展示over的发音,书写及音标等)
T: What should we do after school
T: It’s time to go home for us all.
Step 2: Practice
T:Let’s look at the time and talk about them.
T: Ask and answer in pairs about the time.

(展示生词kid,并引出相应的书写,音标,发音等)

T: Look at this picture, school is over. Where are they going after school
T: To the library, to the playground or to the teachers’ office

Ss: Play basketball.
T: Nice.
(通过观察图片,并针对图片进行简单提问,让学生对图片内容有个大概的了解)

T: Let’s watch the video and read after it.
(观看视频材料,并跟读模仿)
Role-play
T: Let’s work in a group of three. Read this dialogue together. One reads as John, one as Wu Binbin, the other for the guard.
(三人一组进行分角色朗读,一人来朗读John,一人来朗读Wu Binbin,一人来朗读门卫)
Look and read
T: Let’s look at the book. Listen to the tape and read it again.
(看对话,听录音,并大声朗读)

T: Look at the time in different places in the world. Let’s talk about them.
