当知道自己要上新教师汇报课的时候,我是紧张的,但也有着些许兴奋和开心。我知道如果要好好地准备一节较为精彩的课,我必须下狠功夫,会累,但也会收获许多。
这一节课对我自身来说最大的突破就是运用了云平台和白板。这两项技术对一个月前的我来说还是全新的、从未接触的。也因此,我是有点恐惧,甚至抗拒的。但是如果我不踏出第一步,那我将一直恐惧下去,永远也无法跟上这股潮流,所以我想抓住这次机会背水一战。
云平台技术的运用帮助了我实行“一对一”教学,并显示了反馈的及时性和提高了“生生互学”的可操作性。首先,学生通过自己选择观看云空间上的视频和阅读推送的资料,进行了相关知识的听、看、读的输入,再进行讨论完成小组表格内容。这一方式下,学生自主选择、自取所需,而不再是教师“一堂灌”,同时也节省了课堂时间。另外,学生在云平台做阅读理解题,平台可以迅速地统计出错误率和易错题,这种及时的反馈帮助教师抓住重点进行讲解,提高效率、节省时间。平台还可以推送答案让学生自查,这样也避免了部分学生因为走神没有听清答案等情况。再者,最后环节写作的拍照互评中,学生能通过平台互相分享写自己的文章,并阅读别人的文章进行评价,由此帮助学生在最后的输出环节进行“生生互学”,教师也可以通过平台迅速了解学生完成的大致情况,从而得到及时的反馈。因此,云平台的技术帮助解决了传统课堂上难以做到的“一对一”教学和及时反馈等难题,它的及时性和时效性注定了这将是未来教学的一种趋势。
我用到的另一门技术是白板,通过Activeinspire软件制作相关课件,弥补ppt的不足。课堂上,我主要运用了神奇墨水和显示隐藏的功能。课件做出来的效果有别于传统ppt的效果,于是给学生耳目一新的感觉,也迅速了引起了学生的注意力。另外还运用了白板的标注功能,帮助引导学生带着问题回原文找到阅读题的答案,并让学生直接在白板上进行划线展示,教师也可以进行标注分析文章结构,为写作铺垫,这也省去了以往利用投影仪切换的麻烦。
这两门技术都在一定程度上帮助我实现了教学目标。而我也将继续探讨,希望能更娴熟地运用到我的未来教学中。
除了新技术,我还运用了新的教育理念——习本理念。课前,通过一个五分钟的微课让孩子先预学本课的重点单词和句型。微课以《爸爸去哪儿大电影2》为主线,通过截图给孩子讲故事的同时让孩子感受新句型新单词的用法,这融合了趣味性和知识性。学生通过观看微课完成课前习,达到三个目标:一、预学新知,即新单词;二、复习旧知,即国家名称;三、活动准备,即先考虑自己去旅游想做什么。学生通过充分的课前习后进入课堂,节省了新授知识和机械操练的时间,从而更多进行小组合作和开放性活动。课中,通过自然拼读法、做动作、玩游戏等进行单词的教授和操练。通过世界地图的介绍复习国家并引出新句型。之后通过小组讨论、阅读理解题、文章结构分析和写作进行知识拓展。总的来说,运用了习本,帮助孩子养成好的课前习习惯,也明白了预习的目的和方法,并让课堂教学上升了一个层次,摆脱了“一言堂”。
这节课中,我其中一个教学目标就是希望学生能通过这节课了解到其他国家的一些情况和文化,为此,我制作了两个视频和一份文档资料,这有助于唤醒孩子原来已经知道的某些知识,也帮助他们了解泰国、南非等较为陌生的国家。在进行语言输入的同时,进行了文化的熏陶,为语言输出做铺垫。
以上几点,是我在备课前为自己设立的目标,希望自己在达成教学目标的同时能做好这几个方面。我也很开心最后这几点能得到教研员和在场老师的肯定。当然,这节课还是有许多不足。
小组合作效果欠佳。
为了鼓励小组合作,讨论环节和最后的写作环节,学生都是小组讨论完成,因为这样,出现写作时有些孩子没参与讨论的情况。这个部分以后需要考虑由同桌两人完成一份写作,这既能让学生充分讨论,又能了解到大部分学生的掌握情况。
部分环节难度不当。
在观看泰国微课时,我要求学生边做笔记,而后回答去泰国想做什么事。虽然视频上有相关的词组,但毕竟做笔记需要时间,因此难度较大。这个环节上可以提供词组给学生,让他们圈出听到的词组。这个也提醒了我,以后在备课时要把握好,做到难度适中。
课堂调动不足。
教师是一名导演,设计着课堂的每一幕如何上演,从而达到最佳效果。教师也是一名演员,需要用自己的感情感染讲台下的几十位观众,引导他们跟着自己走。另外,言语也要更抑扬顿挫些,才能更好地引起学生的注意力。尤其是在过渡时,教师语调的改变能吸引学生的注意力,从而更顺利地进入下一个环节。
以上的三点也证明了我经验不足,对课堂的把握还不够恰当,还需不断提醒自己,不断提高自身素质和教学技能。
“路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索”。这节汇报课只是教师生涯上的开始,而后的路是否能走得更好,课堂是否能更有效更有趣,还需要我不断学习前辈的经验、不断思考、不断实践、不断提高!(共25张PPT)
