Vegetarians are healthier than people who eat meat.A sampleDebateA: I don’t agree that vegetarians are healthier than people who eat meat. For example, few people could stay healthy if his diet only consists of chips and bananas. Although vegetarian diets can be healthy because of being low in fat and something else, people should be aware of the importance of the balance of nutrition. It is reported that vegetarians often do not get enough minerals such as calcium, iron and zinc, which often come from meat.B: I see things slightly differently. I agree that vegetarians are healthier than people who eat meat. Most studies show that vegetarians have about a 30 percent lower risk of death from heart disease than meat-eaters. Fewer vegetarians are overweight. A vegetarian diet represents a major health benefit because fruits and vegetables supply a lot of vitamins and fibre. Homework
