3.Hello, everyone! My name is Tom. I’m twelve years old. I come from England. I like swimming. And I often play football with my friends after school. My favourite colour is blue, so I often wear a blue shirt.
In the first two weeks of school, I was not good at physics. My physics teacher Miss Green, wasn’t angry with me. She’s kind and patient. She encouraged me to work hard. ◎观察思考:

◎用法总结:
a pair of...意为“一双/对/副……”,后面接可数名词复数。表达“多双/对/副……”时,要用“pairs of +名词复数”。“... pair(s) of +名词复数”作主语时,谓语动词的数通常与pair的单复数形式保持一致。
