1)must用于肯定句,表示较有把握的推测 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com ),译为“一定、肯定”后接动词原形,表示对现在的推测。After a long walk,you must be tired.
2)may;might;c ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )ould用于肯定句,译为“可能;或许;大概”表示把握性不大的推测。Is this book yours No it might be Lucy’s or Mary’s.
3)can’t 表示对现在或未来情况进行否定推测,用于否定句,译为“一定不”

(1) 情态动词,表示肯定推测、 After a long walk,you must be tired.
(2)必须,不得不,主观, I must look after my sick mother.
(3)否定式,译为“禁止、不允许” You mustn’t put your car here.
(4)对must的否定回答用needn’t.(不必)如:
