Dear Bob,
I'm sorry to hear that you are stressed out. But I do believe that your parents love you and they just want you to be excellent.
In my opinion, taking some after-school classes is good for our future and it can help us get many skills. However, if we spend too much time on after-school classes, we'll have no time to relax. And we will feel worse if we are not interested in them.
Why not communicate with your parents? You should explain that they are pushing you too hard. Too much pressure is not good for your development. I'm sure they will understand you and won't push you so hard anymore.
Hope things can work out well!
Yours,
Li Hua
